Location: Subiaco, WA

The Role

We are seeking a Credit Control Officer in our Subiaco Head Office.

This role would suit someone who has strong communication, great attitude and can demonstrate excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow their experience and skills within the credit collections area

Our office working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting debtors by phone or email relating to outstanding accounts
• Credit checks & setting up new accounts
• Generating invoices and claims into the system
• Monitoring AR inbox and communicating with customers
• Reconciliation of customer accounts
• Liaising with operational staff in relation to accounts on hold
• Running end-of-month customer statements
• Assisting with ad-hoc month-end procedures/reporting
• Processing receipts against customers accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• 5 years experience in a Collections role (desirable)
• Current membership with the Australian institute of credit Management.(desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and high data accuracy skills
• Commitment to a high-performance team culture
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge.
• Experience in word, excel, outlook.
