Due to continued growth across our Engineering Construction (EC) portfolio, we are seeking experienced Crane Operators (CO) to support a range of upcoming and ongoing Heavy Lift projects across the Pilbara and broader WA region.

About the Role

These opportunities will see you working across multiple large-scale EC projects, supporting a variety of clients and scopes within our Heavy Lift division. This role suits operators who enjoy diverse project exposure, dynamic work environments and being part of high-performing crews delivering complex lift solutions.

You will be:

• Perth Point of Hire
• Working on ongoing 3:1 rosters operating out of Heavy Lift Depot (OR) 2:1 FIFO rosters – 12-hour shifts (day and night shift)
• Supporting major Engineering Construction and Heavy Lift projects across various client sites
• Operating within established project teams and safety-led environments
• Utilising a modern, well-maintained crane fleet across varying scopes of work
• Contributing to planned lifts as well as project-based construction activities
• These roles offer the opportunity to gain exposure across multiple projects while remaining within the Monadelphous Heavy Lift team.

What You’ll Bring

• Hydraulic Crane operating experience (50T–160T+) – Liebherr, Demag, Grove (crawler experience highly regarded)
• CN Crane and rigging experience
• Experience within Iron Ore, construction and/or Heavy Lift operations
• Valid High Risk Work Licence – CO (RI / RA desirable)
• Current HR Driver’s Licence
• MC / HC licence (desirable)
• Full Australian working rights
