About the Role

Reporting to the Chef Manager, this on-site role requires delivering excellent customer service and performing general kitchen duties, counter service, cleaning, basic food preparation (sandwiches) and reheating meals for a busy on-site canteen servicing over 400 employees. Barista skills are ideal to support the on-site cafe.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to site staff and visitors
• Undertake general kitchen duties and food preparation (sandwiches)
• Perform counter service and cash handling as required
• Undertake cleaning duties and maintain hygiene standards
• Reheat and serve meals for the canteen
• Support on-site cafe operations with Barista skills (preferred)

Requirements / About You

• Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a police check
• Experience in hospitality/catering and cleaning is advantageous
• This is a full-time role with a night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 pm – 6:30 am
