About the Role

Join a high-performing projects team delivering major capital works across some of Western Australia’s most significant resource and infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for major project contracts.
• Lead tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award processes.
• Manage contract performance, compliance, claims, and dispute resolution activities.
• Identify and deliver capital efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Build strong stakeholder and contractor relationships to drive successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate across procurement and project teams to maximise value and commercial performance.

About You

• Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement and contracting activities within construction, mining, infrastructure, or major projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing category strategies and managing complex contract arrangements.
• Demonstrated success in claims management, contract administration, and dispute resolution.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
