Our client is a leading landscape gardening company, with various construction projects across the Perth Metro Area.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with career growth within the industry & a company vehicle provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Construction Supervisors with both hard and soft scape applications, as well as irrigation across the Perth Metro Area.
• Establish and maintain the site (amenities, fencing, access, traffic management), perform daily setup tasks, coordinate deliveries, and operate plant/equipment as required.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff, complete daily site diaries and quality documentation, attend meetings and training, participate in company communication processes, and perform other reasonable duties aligned with the role.
• Implement and maintain safety systems, documentation and reporting (pre-starts, inductions, permits, SWMS, inspections, incident reporting),
• Any other general construction trade assistant / gardening duties, working independently when supervisors are off site.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the construction, civil, landscape and / or gardening industry.
• Experience using laser levels.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to deal with various subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manual drivers licence and construction white card.
• Full Australian working rights and available for a long-term, full-time role.

• Manual Driving Licence
• Construction White Card
