We are currently seeking an experienced Commissioning & Completions Manager to lead commissioning across a major portfolio of Green Power projects, including wind, solar, BESS and high-voltage transmission infrastructure.

This is a senior leadership role focused on building and driving a structured, scalable commissioning program across a complex, multi-project environment.

Perth Based Monday - Friday

12 + Month Contract

9 Hour days - 45 Hours Per Week

The Opportunity

This position will see you take ownership of the end-to-end commissioning pathway, from early planning and readiness through to energisation, integrated testing and final handover.

You will play a critical role in establishing best-practice commissioning frameworks, aligning multiple delivery teams, and ensuring projects are executed in a safe, controlled and repeatable manner.

Project scope includes:

• Wind Farms
• Solar Farms
• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Substations
• 220kV & 33kV transmission infrastructure
• Supporting facilities and associated assets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning across a portfolio of large-scale renewable and HV infrastructure projects
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies, frameworks and execution models
• Drive alignment across systemisation, energisation, integrated testing, completions and handover
• Ensure commissioning requirements are embedded into engineering, procurement and delivery plans
• Lead readiness for key milestones including energisation, first power and system integration
• Oversee integration across SCADA, EMS, PPC, protection systems and network interfaces
• Provide leadership across site teams, contractors, OEMs and support functions
• Improve discipline across commissioning documentation, reporting and completions systems
• Identify and manage risks across commissioning, integration and handover phases

About You

• Extensive experience in commissioning leadership across renewables, HV systems, substations or utilities
• Strong expertise in energisation, staged turnover, integrated testing and start-up
• Solid understanding of control systems and network integration (SCADA, EMS, PPC, protection)
• Experience developing commissioning strategies - not just executing them
• Proven ability to influence and lead across multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering, construction, OEMs and operations
• High level of resilience, judgement and leadership under pressure
