Your new role

  • Provide day-to-day operational leadership across the Integrated Services portfolio, acting as the delegated second-in-command to the Operations Manager and ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making.
  • Oversee safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of projects and services, including mobilisation, workforce planning, scheduling and risk management across all work fronts.
  • Translate divisional strategy into practical operational plans, drive improvement initiatives, and support business growth through scalable and deliverable service outcomes.
  • Lead client, contract and stakeholder relationships, ensuring contract compliance, performance management, issue resolution and effective communication.
  • Drive strong commercial performance through labour control, cost management, budget monitoring, forecasting and early identification of margin or scope risks.
  • Lead, coach and develop operational leaders and teams, supporting workforce planning, succession, capability development and a culture of accountability.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, risk management and regulatory compliance through audits, incident management and continuous improvement practices.
  • Oversee the effective use, readiness and stewardship of plant, equipment, fleet and operational resources to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
  • Ensure accurate and timely operational reporting, governance, KPI tracking and consistent use of systems and processes across the division.
  • Embed Indigenous engagement, participation and culturally aligned practices into operational delivery while complying with all company policies, procedures and governance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Must have previous FIFO experience
Must have Hospitality or Integrated Services Experience
Must have Management experience (Senior Facility management or Operation Management)

High salary package, $200,000 + Super
Competitive roster of 8:6 FIFO, Day shift only
