Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced site Cleaning Supervisor to join our NSW Operations on casual contract. This role will be working fulltime hours, Monday-Friday

The role of cleaning supervisor will see you working on one of our sites in the Muswellbrook region. You will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with the customer, ensuring compliance quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:

• 2 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor
• Mining resources experience highly regarded
• Industrial Cleaning background essential
• Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews.
• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety.
• Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Proof of right to work in Australia
