We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee and manage cleaning operations across our FIFO sites. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in cleaning, facilities, or operational management who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people, safety, and service delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role on a newly awarded contract, helping to establish operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and shape the future success of cleaning services across multiple sites from day one.

As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams, driving operational performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and maintaining exceptional standards of safety, quality, and service delivery across multiple remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of cleaning operations, including daily execution, staff supervision, and quality standards.
• Provide strong leadership to cleaning teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service outcomes aligned with client and company expectations.
• Manage budgets, stock, and resources efficiently, including procurement, inventory control, and cost management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee workforce planning, team development, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations.
• Ensure all health, safety, HACCP, and security procedures are followed at all times
