Civil Site Supervisor (Regional)

Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Regional Supervisor for a well-established civil construction company delivering major earthworks, infrastructure upgrades, and bulk civil projects throughout regional Western Australia.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on civil construction leader who enjoys working across varied regional projects, leading crews from the front and delivering quality projects from start to finish.

Regional Supervisor - Civil Construction & Earthworks
Full-Time | Regional WA Projects
$170,000 - $180,000 + Super + Allowances + Vehicle + Fuel Card

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising civil construction crews and coordinating day-to-day project activities across a range of regional WA projects.

Duties include:

• Supervise and lead civil construction crews across active project sites.
• Coordinate detailed earthworks, roadworks and bulk civil activities.
• Plan daily production, labour, plant, materials and subcontractor requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and quality to ensure works are delivered safely and to specification.
• Identify potential project risks and implement practical solutions to maintain productivity.
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and other key stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring and support to site crews.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, environmental and project requirements.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Proven experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor / Foreperson role.
• Strong knowledge of detailed earthworks, roadworks and bulk civil construction.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
• Previous experience delivering infrastructure, industrial, or similar civil projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage crews in regional environments.
• Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front and solve problems as they arise.
• C Class Driver's Licence.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Full working rights in Australia.
