Civil Operators - Mackay Local

About the Role

WorkPac is seeking Civil Operators for a local Mackay role, working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. You will utilise your experience across civil construction projects, including earthworks, drainage, pavements or sports field construction. The role requires experience operating one or more of the following:

• Roller
• HR water truck
• GPS excavator

What You Will Need

• Valid RII for roller, excavator and water cart
• White or Blue Card in Construction (essential)
• Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol screening
• Full rights to work in Australia
• Valid Driver Licence; MR or HR highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Dedication to achieving shared goals and objectives
• High ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of your work
• Commitment to delivering exceptional work and exceeding expectations
