Civil Operators - ASAP Start

MLG Oz is looking for experienced Civil Mobile Plant Operators to join the team. Onboarding will begin ASAP, with mobilisation to site planned just before the end of October 2026.

About the Role

• Permanent full-time positions are available.
• 2/1 FIFO roster, mostly days with limited night shift.
• $5 site-based bonus per hour worked.

About You / Requirements

• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Civil experience operating any of the following mobile equipment:
  • Dozer (D6 and above)
  • Grader (14M and above)
  • Digger operator (20T–50T)
  • Production loader
• National Police Clearance.
• Strong approach to safety.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and DAS.
