About the Role

We have a great opportunity for a dynamic Team Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director part of the Corporate Development & Origination team. All duties will be assigned via the Director and will primarily encompass tasks supporting the Corporate Development & Origination team. You will be based at our North Ryde location.

Experience

• Extensive international and domestic travel booking experience (highly regarded)
• Familiarity with expense reconciliation and policy management
• Working knowledge of a fast-paced and regularly changing environment
• Experience with Concur Expense system advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams in particular)

Skills and attributes

• Previous experience supporting project based roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised professional who anticipates needs and enjoys providing support.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
