Your new role

As a Casual Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting site operations. Responsibilities include coordinating contractor documentation, managing rosters and travel, overseeing site access and compliance records, and providing day-to-day administrative support to site leadership. You will also utilise INX systems to manage workforce data, compliance, and reporting, ensuring smooth communication between teams and contractors in a fast-paced FIFO environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated FIFO experience in a site administration or facilities support role
• Proficiency in INX systems for workforce management and compliance tracking
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with contractors, staff, and management
• A proactive, adaptable approach with a commitment to safety and compliance standards
