The Role

• You will supervise Rope Access and multi-trade crews delivering fixed plant maintenance, shutdown and upgrade works.
• Trades on site may include:
  • Boilermakers
  • Mechanical Fitters
  • NDT Technicians
  • Riggers
• You’ll be responsible for overseeing the safe execution of allocated work scopes including team coordination, safety leadership and ensuring compliance with IRATA and site requirements.

Requirements

• IRATA Qualification (level 3 preferred)
• Mechanical trade background (preferred)
• Previous Rope Access supervisory experience
• Mining industry experience
• Construction White Card
• Schedule 26 – Appointed Persons
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Strong computer systems skills and knowledge
• A qualification in Management (e.g. Frontline Management) would be highly regarded.
