About the Company

At Gold Fields, we believe great leadership is grounded in empathy, respect, and growth. Join Gold Fields and be part of a company where people, passion, and purpose come together to create enduring value — beyond mining.

Join an organisation endorsed by WORK180 for our commitment to creating an environment where inclusion and belonging matter, and you can build meaningful, long-term careers in mining, with fabulous mentors to guide you through from day one.

We recognise that everyone’s circumstances are unique. We’re always open to conversations about flexible working arrangements that can help you balance work, family, and life.

About the Role

Permanent opportunity with predominantly site-based work (~70%) and some Perth office time (~30%). You'll work closely with a diverse team and other Lead Specialists to establish, deliver and embed the Global BPM Framework across our Australian Operations. Through collaboration, innovation and stakeholder engagement, you'll support our sites in building consistent standards while improving BPM safety, financial and delivery outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead change management and deployment activities for the BPM Framework, ensuring effective planning, implementation and operational readiness across deployment waves.
  • Support asset implementation by coordinating readiness assessments, change impact actions and risk-based deployment plans to achieve successful framework adoption.
  • Coordinate BPM training and capability development programs, providing tools, guidance and support to leaders, SMEs and business partners.
  • Drive governance, assurance and reporting processes, monitoring key metrics, deployment progress and alignment between BPM activities and safety outcomes.
  • Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to continuously improve the BPM Framework, systems, tools and guidance based on implementation learnings and business needs.
  • Facilitate collaboration across assets and functions to promote consistent standards, strengthen business partner management practices and support global framework standardisation.

About You / Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in safety and/or risk management, project management, contract management or industry related fields.
  • Substantial background with Business Partner (contractor) management with demonstrated expertise at a senior level.
  • Collaborated as an integral member of a multifunctional management team.
  • Experience leading change.
  • Ability to work across multiple Australian Assets.
  • A manual Drivers Licence.
  • A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
