Boilermaker / Welders Required - DIDO 8:6 Roster

About the Company

Pearl Recruitment are actively seeking experienced Boilermakers / Welders for our well-established client who specialises in providing custom trailer solutions to the mining, construction and agricultural industries. This is an opportunity for ongoing project work with an immediate start!

Roster & Conditions

• DIDO 8:6 roster – one swing of days followed by one swing of nights
• Wheatbelt location (approx. 3 hours from Perth)
• 12-hour shifts (11.5 hours paid daily)
• Day shift: $61.78 per hour + super
• Night shift: $71.05 per hour + super
• Ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity
• Accommodation and all meals provided

Key Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
• MIG & FCAW welding
• Using various tools and machinery to fabricate components and assemble trailers
• Collaborate with other team members
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

About You / Requirements

• MIG & FCAW aluminium welding experience
• Proficiency in reading and understanding fabrication drawings.
• Must be able to pass a medical & drug and alcohol
• Current WA Drivers Licence + reliable transport
• Forklift license (desirable)

• Trade Certificate
