About the Role

Boilermaker / Welder - Welshpool Workshop RCR Mining Technologies is looking for skilled Boilermakers and Welders to join our team in Welshpool. You’ll be working on the fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages, as well as repairs and maintenance work on heavy mining equipment. We have Day and Afternoon Shifts available, with Casual and Full-Time positions on offer.

RCR Mining Technologies is looking for skilled Boilermakers and Welders to join our team in Welshpool. You’ll be working on the fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages, as well as repairs and maintenance work on heavy mining equipment. We have Day and Afternoon Shifts available, with Casual and Full-Time positions on offer.

What We’re Looking For

• Live local to the Perth metro area
• Trade qualified Boilermaker or Welder
• Able to pass a 3G/4G weld test
• Strong Flux Core (FCAW) welding skills
• Experience with MMAM, SMAW, SAW, GTAW welding processes
• High Risk Licence – Dogging or Rigging (Essential)
• Good understanding of weld preps and procedures
• Can read drawings and work to fine tolerances
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a good team player
• Physically fit and able to do hands-on work
