About the Role

As our next Boilermaker to proudly represent our Maintenance Team, you will live for challenges and thrive on the variety of work available. In this unique position, you’ll have the chance to take on a range of maintenance activities at the Iron Bridge Mine. Located in the Pilbara region on a 14/7 FIFO roster, you will thrive on meeting all goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you do.

In this role, you will:

• Perform the repair and maintenance of mobile fleet and other equipment in accordance with Thiess servicing, lubrication and maintenance systems documentation
• Source technical information from the relevant available reference manuals, technical bulletins and computer based systems
• Responsible for workshop tooling used and advise the Supervisor of any tooling which is unsafe
• Setting and maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Carry out pre-start checks
• Work a 14/7 Roster, 7 Days and 7 Nights, 12 hours shifts

About you / Requirements

• To be considered for these opportunities you are required to have:
• Trade Certificate in Engineering Fabrication or Equivalent
• Previous open cut mining experience in the maintenance of a heavy earthmoving fleet essential
• HR drivers licence (desirable)
• Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times
