About the Role

Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experience and motivated Boilermakers to join our maintenance team for the upcoming Boddington November 2026 Shutdown.

Successful applicants will have proven mine site and/or refinery experience, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety.

Dates: November 9th 2026 - November 17th 2026 Shifts: 12 hour shifts | Dayshift and Nightshift available Rate:

• Dayshift: $68 per hour (flat rate)
• Nightshift: $74.80 per hour (flat rate) Travel: Bus in/Bus out (BIBO)

Skills and Experience:

• Current and valid WA drivers licence
• Current and valid High Risk Work license - desired
• Australian Recognised Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent
• Construction White Card
• Nationally Accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space (within 3 years)
• Proven 12 months experience in mining or shutdowns in Australia - essential
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and drug & alcohol screen
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Ability to complete all site inductions
