About the Role

Get paid Mine site rates whilst working in our off-site rebuild facility located at Mt Thorley Industrial Estate!

In this role, you will:

• Perform quality repairs and maintenance of a diverse fleet in accordance with Thiess policies and procedures, safely and efficiently
• Source technical information from the relevant available reference manuals, technical bulletins and computer-based system and execute maintenance in accordance with this information
• Be responsible for the use and proper storage of workshop and personal tooling and advise the supervisor of any defects or safety issues
• Set and maintain high housekeeping standards
• Carry out pre-start checks, and personal and group risk assessments as required by the task

About you / Requirements

To be considered for this role you are required to have:

• Trade Certificate in Engineering Fabrication or Equivalent
• HR Drivers licence preferable
• EWP, Dogging and MDG25 (preferable)
• Post trade experience working in the mining and heavy earthmoving industry, or hydraulic excavator industry
