The Role & Project

MACA Mining are seeking Auto Electricians to join our maintenance team at our Cape Preston Sino Iron project. Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and processing operation in Australia, 100 Kilometres southwest of Karratha in Western Australia’s resource rich Pilbara region.

Some of our equipment we have on this project include Liebherr 9800 excavator, Hitachi EH400AC-3, MT4400 Bucyrus haul trucks.

The Role

To be successful in this role you will possess

• Australian Recognised Certificate III in Automative Electrical Technology.
• Air Con Ticket and experiecne preferable.
• Experiecne working on Heavy Mobile Mining Equipment - Hitachi, Liebherr, Bucyrus.
• HR drivers’ licence preferable.
• High Risk Work Licence – EWP, DG (desirable)
• Excellent communication experience
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good knowledge and ability to follow Work health and safety procedures and policies.
