About the Role

Join our Hume asphalt crew! We’re looking for experienced crew members or hardworking labourers keen to learn the industry. If you’re reliable, safety-focused and enjoy hands-on outdoor work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Bring

• Valid White Card – essential
• HR Licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Asphalt or civil construction experience welcomed but not essential
• Experience operating mobile plant or machinery would be a bonus
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts
• Strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm
• Certificate II or III in Civil Construction would be advantageous
• Most importantly, a reliable attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a crew
