About the Role

We are seeking experienced All Round Operators to join a remote open cut mining operation at Tropicana, Western Australia, on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidates will have the ability to operate a range of mobile mining equipment safely and efficiently and contribute to the overall production requirements of the site. The project predominantly operates a 7 days / 7 nights / 7 days off roster, with 12-hour rostered shifts. Most positions work approximately 12.5 hours per day, including regular overtime.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates seeking a longer-term mining career.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate relevant mobile mining equipment.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and identify and report equipment defects.
• Operate equipment in accordance with site procedures and operational requirements.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and production.
• Complete tasks to the required operational and environmental standards.
• Work effectively with supervisors and other members of the mining team.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with site requirements.
