Rental Administrator — Welshpool, Perth, WA

• Salary: $70K + Super (Permanent, Full Time)
• Organising the hiring out of equipment, including liaising with clients to organise the rental process.
• Managing and reconciling invoices, organising quotes and raising purchase orders
• Customer service to ensure enquiries are handled to a high standard and passed onto various teams.
• Updating the internal database with new customers and tracking rental equipment.

Contract Administrator — South Perth, Perth, WA

• Salary: $70K - $85K + Super (Permanent, Full Time – Pending Experience)
• Providing efficient routine administration to the team, assisting with raising purchase orders, subcontractor/supplier invoices, and reconciliation.
• Managing project documentation, including tenders, reports, permits, licences and other general applications.
• Updating clients, suppliers and contractors on project schedules.
• Updating variations, claims and project processes.

Requirements for both positions

• Previous admin / office experience with exposure to invoicing
• Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
• Current Australian Drivers License with reliable transport
