Administrator - Service Operations

About the Opportunity

Our Casula branch is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a Monday-Friday full-time basis.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator is the first point of contact for the branch. This role will be responsible for assisting customers with enquiries and providing high-quality administrative support. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations, including general administration, site mobilisations, induction requirements and fostering ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete general administration duties, including data entry, filing and record management.
• Manage merchandise sales.
• Control stock and replenish inventory to ensure product availability and a positive customer experience.
• Administer payroll-related reporting, including accurate entry, submission and approval of timesheets.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for the purchase of goods and services.
• Arrange accommodation, travel and expense-related activities for team members.
• Organise the scheduling and booking of required training and inductions for team members.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience within an administration position.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop strong, positive relationships with customers.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office and data entry.
