Our client services the Oil and Gas Industry. They are going through a very busy period and as a results need They are seeking an experienced Administrator for an immediate start. Strong possibility of developing into a Temp to Perm.

Duties

• Process sales orders, quotes, costs, purchase orders and service billings.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, off-hire equipment and logistics.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Manage stock transfers, customer documentation and change orders.
• Assist with pricing and special customer requirements.
• Build and foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Provide prompt, professional support to internal and external enquiries.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy and compliance.

About You

• Experience in administration, logistics, transport or shipping.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office eg Excel
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
• ERP experience and knowledge of containers, tanks, logistics or the offshore industry are an advantage.

Other Requirements

• National Police clearance within 3 months or willing to obtain.
• Able to pass a pre-employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
• Full Australian working rights

Rates and hours

• $38 - $40 per hour + Super
• Monday - Friday
• 7.00 am - 3.00 pm
