Monday to Friday | Perth CBD / Head Office
We are seeking a highly professional and organised Administration Officer to join our Corporate team at our Perth Head Office.
This role is well suited to a polished individual who takes pride in presentation, communication and providing exceptional administrative support in a corporate environment. You will act as a central point of contact for the office, supporting senior leaders, coordinating daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the workplace.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative and reception support, working closely with the Executive team and internal stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception, incoming calls and the corporate inbox
- Coordinating visitors, couriers and building management requests
- Supporting Executive and Board requirements, including meetings and events
- Managing office operations, meeting rooms, catering and supplies
- Booking and coordinating corporate travel
- Supporting onboarding activities for new starters
- Maintaining accurate records and administration across corporate systems
- Assisting with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
About you
To succeed in this role, you will be professional, detail‑oriented and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a corporate administration, reception or executive support role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- A calm, professional approach in a fast‑paced office environment
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with systems such as INX, Pronto or corporate travel platforms (desirable)
