Administration

THE ROLE:

• Salary of $93,453.24 + 12% Superannuation

• Work a 14:7 Roster (living/working on site for 2 weeks, committing to 12 -hour days, and having one week home for what matters most)

• Fly from Perth and be transported to one of our villages in WA

• As a FIFO Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting village operations. Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing daily administrative tasks and documentation

• Coordinating rosters, timesheets, and site communications

• Assisting with onboarding and compliance tracking

• Providing general support to site leadership and operational teams 
  You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment and may be asked to assist across departments as needed

ABOUT YOU:

• Current WA Driver's License – Manual preferred.

• Experience working in hospitality (regional exp well regarded)

• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOTavailable)

• Confidently pass a pre-employment medical (so we can keep you safe whilst working long hours in remote conditions)
