  • Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and government representatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the approval process, helping them understand requirements and achieve compliant outcomes.
  • Review applications and identify potential risks, working proactively with stakeholders to develop suitable solutions.
  • Support the safe delivery of works by ensuring activities align with quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
  • Assist in protecting the integrity and operational performance of the rail network through thorough assessment and coordination processes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders regarding application status, approvals, and areas requiring further information.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support sound decision-making and governance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing enhancement of access and approval processes.

About You / Requirements

  • A collaborative approach and confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • The ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and MS Project, and experience using records management systems.
