Techforce is expanding and seeking hungry 360 Recruitment Consultants who are comfortable with cold business development and ready to build (or rebuild) a high-performing desk before year-end.

This is a true 360 role. You’ll own the full cycle:

• Cold business development and new client acquisition
• Candidate sourcing
• Placements

Ideal for consultants who thrive on hunting new business while still delivering quality recruitment outcomes.

High-demand Focus Areas

• White Collar: Engineering, Project Controls, Mining Supervisory, tech-savvy professionals
• Blue Collar: Mining & Resources operators/trades, Shutdowns, Civil Construction, Industrial Services

What You’ll Bring

• Solid 360 agency experience with a proven ability to generate new business
• Confidence and resilience with cold calling / outbound business development
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding billing targets
• Excellent relationship-building and closing skills
• Ambitious, self-driven, and collaborative mindset
• Advantage: Resources sector knowledge or previous success in mining/engineering recruitment
