About the Role
Protech are looking for experienced Bogger Operators to perform work with our client, located in the Goldfields Region of WA on a 2/2 and 7/7 FIFO basis.
About the Role details:
- Immediate start
- Competetive Pay Rates
- Opportunity to go permanent with client after 6 months.
- 12% Super paid on all hours
- 12-hour day and night shift
- FIFO from Perth/ DIDO from Kalgoorlie.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of CAT and Sandvik model boggers
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and regular maintenance
- Inspect production areas before, during and end of shift
- Keep the trucks operating at full efficiency ensuring all ore, low grade, marginal and waste are kept separate
- Remove broken dirt stocks from active headings and leave headings in good condition for drilling.
- Maintain roadways and loading bays, cleaning up spillage.
- Conduct heading clean ups as required.
- Assist with the installation of services, including ventilation.
- Record all shift data and complete daily inspection reports.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
Tickets & Experience Required
- 12 Months minimum experience in operating Boggers
- CAT Minestar Command Experience (Desirable)
- Valid Manual Driver’s License (Essential)
- Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Valid & contactable references
- Strong understanding and adherence to OHS
