Your new role

You will be working as a Yardsperson / Trades Assistant supporting site operations on a busy coal mining project. Your duties will include assisting trades, maintaining yard organisation, operating machinery where required, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently within site guidelines. This is a FIFO role operating on a 7/7 day and night roster.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous coal mining experience
• Valid Coal Board Medical
• Standard 11 (Statement of Attainment)
• Current Forklift Licence
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Riggers & Doggers tickets
• Ability to FIFO from Rockhampton, Townsville, or Cairns
• Ability to pass a police check
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
