Workshop Coordinator

$150K - $170K + Super
Our client specialises in heavy equipment rentals and is looking for a Workshop Coordinator due to ongoing growth. This role would see you managing the Perth branch and plays a key part in supporting branch performance and maintaining operational standards across the fleet.
Job Duties:
This role will see you reporting directly to the State Manager, whilst working alongside the Rental Coordinator. You will mainly be responsible for:
- Coordinating and delegating duties for workshop mechanics - 4 mechanics and 1 yard person.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop to plan and prioritise servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Lead maintenance coordination across heavy plant and equipment
- Monitor fleet condition and minimise equipment downtime
- Maintain parts coordination, maintenance records and compliance
- Provide technical guidance to mechanics and customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with heavy diesel and mobile plant equipment
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- Experience leading a strong team
- Full Australian working rights
