Workforce Planner

Due to our continuous growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join our energetic, fast paced and highly motivated team. Based in Rivervale, WA, this position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects.

Responsibilities

• Allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles and equipment for shutdown and project works
• Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and labour requirements
• Review and submit estimates /quotes as per client requests
• Liaise with vendors and raise POs and work orders
• Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ad hoc support tasks as directed by the Senior Contract Coordinator
• Assisting with mobilisation requirements to ensure crews are compliant

About You

• Previous experience gained in a Workforce Planner role or similar within the Mining and Resource industry.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes / estimates
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Team player and capable of working autonomously
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
