As the mining services contractor for Bravus' Carmichael Mine, we're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our site stores team. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehouse Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading the daily operations of the warehouse and stores function, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material movement and safe work practices across the maintenance department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring and supervising the warehouse team
• Coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations to support maintenance activities
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control systems
• Monitoring inbound and outbound freight and material movements
• Working closely with maintenance and site leaders to ensure timely parts availability
• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency and safety
• Preparing inventory and operational reports for the Warehouse Superintendent
• Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and company standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience leading a warehouse or stores team within an open cut coal mining operation and demonstrate strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.

You will also possess:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor within an open cut coal mining environment
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or the ability to obtain)
• RIISAM202D – Isolate and Access Plant and Equipment
• Current G1, G2, G8 and G9 Supervisor competencies
• Current High Risk Work Licence (Forklift)
• RIIVEH201D – Operate Light Vehicle
• Current Queensland HR Driver Licence
