HD Fitter for haulage and road trains
The Opportunity:
- Utilising your skills and knowledge to complete maintenance tasks on haulage and road trains
- New gear and new machines needing maintenance

HD Fitter – Haulage & Road Trains | FIFO Perth Join a leading mining contractor working across WA gold operations. We are seeking experienced HD Fitters to maintain and repair modern haulage and road train fleets, with opportunities in both field service and workshop environments. Offering competitive rates, quality equipment, and FIFO from Perth.
What’s On Offer
- 2:1
- Rates between $75 and $100 + Super depending on site and experience
- Field service or Workshop based
- Local work also available
- Great if you have HRT and wanting exposure to mobile plant
The ideal candidate will be experienced with:
- road trains Kenworth, Mack , Volvo
- Call outs
- civil and mining gear
- Excellent fault-finding skills with the ability to carry our preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Current roles are at Agnew, with additional sites including Higginsville and Davyhurst
- Mobile Plant only at present
- Roster: 2:1
- Large contractor — roles come and go quickly
Flights / Travel
- FIFO from Perth
- PM flights provided, allowing candidates to fly to Perth in the morning and then mobilise to site
