WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Have remote-site or high-volume kitchen experience
• Work confidently as part of a team
• Meet strict HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
• Can cater to dietary requirements and guest expectations

FIFO experienced? Great. New to FIFO? If you have strong commercial experience, the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED:

• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• National Police Check within the last 6 months [or willing to obtain]
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Available for 2:1 roster.
• Perth-based preferred.
