Skills & Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence (ideally manual license or with desire to obtain it in the future)
• In progress of completing your Tertiary Qualification in Environmental Management or similar
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Willing and able to work on a fly-in, fly-out roster in remote locations, including 12-hour shifts.

About the Role

• Gain broad exposure to environmental activities across Gold Fields' Australian operations, supporting site environment teams with day-to-day compliance, monitoring and reporting work.
• Learn real tasks such as field data collection, data entry and quality checks, GIS and drone operations, building your hands-on experience.
• Apply university learning in an operational setting while building professional networks and exploring a potential career pathway in the mining industry.
