About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager - Used Equipment & Rental, the Used Equipment & Rental Officer will join our Sales & Operations team on a permanent, Full-Time basis in our Perth Branch (Reid Road, Perth Airport)

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Used Equipment & Rental department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for researching and responding to information requests, preparing and analysing reports, and maintaining accurate and confidential records. Drawing on data from a variety of internal and external sources, you will help deliver meaningful insights to support business decision-making.

The role also involves coordinating correspondence, supporting budgeting and business planning activities, and liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the success of a busy commercial team.

Roster – 5Days Mon – Fri , 8.5 Hrs/Day (Inc Meal Breaks)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including producing, maintaining, and improving departmental documents, databases, records, and office systems.
  • Prepare and manage executive correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes for senior leadership review and approval.
  • Collect, analyse, and consolidate data from various sources to produce accurate reports, insights, trend analyses, and business information.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and executive schedules to maximise operational efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Support departmental budgeting, procurement, compliance, and business planning activities while ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven administrative support experience, including managing complex documents, records, correspondence, and departmental systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to support colleagues with system and process improvements.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience collating, interpreting, and presenting information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including preparing executive-level reports, agendas, meeting minutes, and professional correspondence.
  • Demonstrated planning, organisation, and coordination experience, including scheduling, travel arrangements, event coordination, budget monitoring, and prioritising multiple tasks.
