About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish or grow their career in underground mining. As an Underground Storeperson at Mungari, you'll play an important role in supporting our underground operations by ensuring teams have the tools, equipment and consumables they need to operate safely and efficiently.

Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Underground Superintendent, you'll:

• Support the distribution and delivery of supplies to underground mining crews.
• Maintain underground and surface store areas, ensuring stock is organised and readily available.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Replenish underground satellite stores in line with operational requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Complete housekeeping duties and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with mining teams and site stakeholders to support operational success.

Roster & Location

These positions are residential to Kalgoorlie on a 5:2 / 4:3 roster.

What we are looking for

• Previous mining, warehouse, logistics, stores or similar operational experience is desirable but not essential.
• Current Australian MANUAL C Class Driver's Licence.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.
• Reliable, motivated and keen to learn.
