About the Role

We are seeking experienced Underground Service Crew Operators to join the underground development team on a rotating 8/6, 7/7 day and night shift roster.

In this physically demanding role, you'll play a vital part in supporting underground operations through:

• Installation and maintenance of mine services throughout the operation
• Ventilation installation and maintenance
• General underground labouring duties
• Offsiding underground machinery and equipment
• Assisting development crews with day-to-day underground activities
• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently in a challenging underground environment

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who thrive in physically demanding underground environments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in an Underground Service Crew position within a hard rock mining environment
• Experience installing and maintaining underground services and ventilation
• Ability to perform physically demanding manual tasks for extended periods
• Strong safety focus and commitment to following site procedures
• Current manual driver's licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Reliable work ethic and a strong team-first attitude
