Our client is a well-established gold producer with a number of new assets currently in development across Australia.

About the Role

Underground Production Engineer reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, your key responsibilities will include ensuring mine plans are executable for the operations team. You will report daily drilling and blasting results against targets and update any variances to the plan. You will be actively involved in weekly schedule for drill and blast activities as well as carry out regular audits on drill and blasting results and ensure that the business follows industry best practice.

About You / Requirements

• Growth focused, driven professional with a proven ability to think on your feet in an ever-changing environment.
• Ideal candidate has underground hard rock experience, ideally completed underground time, and experience using Desvik.
• Terrtiary qualification in Mining Engineering.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor of Mining Engineering
