Techforce Personnel has joined forces with a Tier 1 underground mining powerhouse, and we're building crews for multiple long-life operations across WA & SA.

We're looking for experienced Underground Service Crew and Nippers who want more than just another swing. If you're chasing stability, career progression, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's best operators, this is your chance.

What's On Offer

2:2, 2/1, 7/7 FIFO rosters – spend more time doing what matters

Service Crew - $60/hr

Nippers - $50-$55/hr

Service Crew – KEEP THE MINE MOVING

You're the backbone of underground operations.

• Installation and maintenance of ventilation, water, air and pumping infrastructure
• Transporting materials, fuel, tooling and ground support supplies underground
• Supporting development and production crews across the operation
• Maintaining underground roadways, escapeways and access routes
• Contributing to safe and efficient mining operations every shift

Nippers – THE FAST TRACK TO A BIG UNDERGROUND CAREER

Every great underground operator starts somewhere.

• Supporting jumbo operators and development crews
• Delivering tools, materials, hoses, cables and ground support supplies
• Assisting with heading preparation and clean-up activities
• Transporting underground equipment and ventilation materials
• Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining safe work areas

What You’ll Need

• Previous underground mining experience
• Manual Australian Driver's Licence
• DGSC (WA)
• SSAN (SA)
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Relevant licences, VOCs and training transcripts
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS
