You’ll be stepping into consistent FIFO work with reputable operators, where safety, performance, and team culture actually matter — not just another short-term contract.

What's On Offer

• Up to $83/hr full-time
• Up to $103.70/hr casual
• 2:2 FIFO roster (days & nights)
• Ongoing work across established WA sites
• Strong crews and well-run operations
• Immediate starts available

The Role

• Operating Sandvik DL421i (single boom) longhole rigs
• Downhole production drilling
• Working in challenging ground conditions
• Maintaining production targets and drilling accuracy
• Completing pre-starts and maintaining equipment to site standards

Requirements

• Proven underground longhole drilling experience
• Experience operating Sandvik 421i or similar rigs
• Strong downhole drilling background
• Ability to work in variable ground conditions
• Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to pass medical + D&A
