The Role
As part of a skilled underground maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a large fleet of underground mobile equipment, ensuring maximum reliability, safety, and uptime.
Your duties will include:
- Planned and breakdown maintenance on underground mobile plant and electrical systems
- Fault finding and diagnostics across electrical, electronic, and control systems
- Component change-outs, repairs, and servicing
- Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
- Completing accurate maintenance records and reporting
- Working closely with operators and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician
- Previous underground mining experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills on mobile plant equipment
- Commitment to safe work practices
You will also need to meet all site access requirements, including:
- Pre-employment Medical
- Drug & Alcohol Screen
- National Police Clearance
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
