LOAD UP YOUR NEXT FIFO ROLE

Techforce Personnel has partnered with some of the biggest names in underground mining, and we're loading up crews across multiple WA and SA operations right now.
If you're an experienced Charge-Up Operator looking for a roster that actually lets you enjoy your time off, great rates, long-term stability, and immediate starts, this is your shot.

WHY MAKE THE MOVE?

Up to $90/hr

Consistent 2:2 FIFO roster – work hard, live well

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING? You'll be at the sharp end of underground production:

  • Development and production charging
  • Safe handling, transport and storage of explosives
  • Charging headings, stopes and rises
  • Pre and post-blast inspections
  • Working closely with production teams to keep tonnes moving
  • Maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You're a proven underground operator who knows the importance of getting the job done safely and efficiently.
    Essential:
  • Previous underground mining experience
  • Ability to pass medical and D&A screening
  • National Police Clearance
  • Strong safety mindset

Highly Regarded:

  • Previous Charge-Up or Shotfiring experience
  • Current Shotfirer's Licence
  • DGSC (WA) or SSAN (SA)

SITE REQUIREMENTS WA Sites

  • Manual Driver's Licence required
  • DGSC required (reimbursed after 3 months if obtained)
  • Paid 8-hour face-to-face induction at Perth Airport prior to mobilisation

SA Sites

  • Paid 8-hour face-to-face induction at the Adelaide Training Centre prior to mobilisation
  • SSAN required
