Underground Auto Electrician

About the Role

• Service, maintain, and repair underground drill rigs and mobile equipment
• Fault-find LV / ELV electrical systems, including control circuits and onboard components
• Diagnose and repair CANbus communication systems
• Perform planned and breakdown maintenance to maximise equipment availability
• Interpret schematics and OEM manuals to resolve electrical faults
• Complete work orders and inspections using a CMMS
• Work closely with operators, supervisors, and OEM support teams
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance underground
