About the Role

UG Electrical Shift Supervisor reports to the Undermanager and is part of a dynamic and motivated team. The role will require you to:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical activities on shift.
• Provide technical support and direction in relation to electrical maintenance and operations.
• Maintain safety and electrical standards.

About You / Requirements

• Meet the requirements of the NSW WHS Mines & Petroleum sites as a qualified electrical tradesperson.
• Sound understanding of the NSW Coal Mining Legislation and how it relates to underground mining processes.
• Superior problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build, coach and lead the shift electrical team.
• Previous experience as a supervisor at a modern longwall operation.
