About Our Client

Our leading global mining and resource client is a leading producer of iron ore, copper, metallurgical coal, nickel and potash. As part of their Minerals Australia operation, you will have the opportunity to work onsite with one of the world's most significant deposits of copper, gold and uranium including underground and surface operations and operates a fully integrated processing facility from ore to metal

About The Role:

WorkPac are seeking 2 Underground Belt Runners to join an underground mining operation on a 7/7 day/night roster. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production and supporting safe underground mining operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

Cleaning belts and surrounding areas including hosing
Monitoring and maintaining conveyors to ensure material is flowing correctly
Cleaning rail, checking rollers, clearing jams and assisting trades
Supporting site safety and regulatory compliance

What You Will Need:

A strong safety-focused work ethic
Experience working within an underground mine production environment
Physically fit to meet demanding duties including lots of walking and housekeeping
Skid-steer ticket highly regarded
